MOJO's Real Cuban is designed after and dedicated to all the paladar owners in Cuba. The term "paladar" is unique to cuban culture. With the rise of Castro, came the fall of privately owned restaurants in Cuba. This did not kill the spirit of the restauranteurs, who for many years moved their establishments to their own homes to avoid being discovered. These privately owned hidden gems becames known as, "paladares."…
